CommVerge Solutions Limited, a privately-held leading integrator of technology and business solutions for Asian telecommunications service providers, today announced the appointment of Mr. Dilip Chopra as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
With 23 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, Mr. Chopra is well versed in corporate finance and financial management. Before joining CommVerge, he was the CFO of Lucent Technologies Asia Pacific. At Lucent, Mr. Chopra demonstrated his abilities in greatly enhancing company efficiency and driving the implementation of new standards for company governance. He also played a key role in various mergers and acquisitions, including Lucent£r acquisition of Octel.
Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Chopra was with NCR for 16 years in various capacities, last of which being the CFO for International Operations. Under his leadership, NCR had built up a solid financial management infrastructure which helped the company rapidly expand its business and services all over the world.
